We record remotely. Plan on about 45 minutes — no script, no rehearsal, no need to have it all figured out.
Bring one story you have actually lived: the staffing call that kept you up, the licensing visit that went sideways, the policy you would write differently now. Specifics beat theory every time.
You do not need a big platform. You need something true to say about running a center.
We read every application and reply within two weeks. If it is a fit, we will send a few recording times to choose from.
